Adelfa Lorenzano

Adelfa Lorenzano is a veteran educational leader with over 25 years of service in the California Community College system. She currently oversees the College Corp program at Fresno City College. She is working with Fellows that are placed in community-based organizations working in K-12 education, climate action, and food insecurity.

A first-generation college graduate and proud Latina, Adelfa brings deep experience in program development, grant management, student services, and dual enrollment partnerships. She is actively pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Fresno State and holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from National University and a B.A. from Fresno Pacific University. Adelfa is passionate about mentorship, systems change, and advancing pathways for historically underrepresented students, with a long-standing commitment to educational equity and public service.
