Adelfa Lorenzano

Adelfa Lorenzano is a veteran educational leader with over 25 years of service in the California Community College system. She currently directs a Title V HSI grant at Reedley College, leading strategic programming to increase student success, equity, and institutional transformation. A first-generation college graduate and proud Latina, Adelfa brings deep experience in program development, grant management, student services, and dual enrollment partnerships. She is actively pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Fresno State and holds an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from National University and a B.A. from Fresno Pacific University. Adelfa is passionate about mentorship, systems change, and advancing pathways for historically underrepresented students, with a long-standing commitment to educational equity and public service.
