Advocacy and Influence 

Since 1987, PIQE has dedicated its work to achieving economic and social equity for all through education. By listening to families and developing partnerships, we collaborate to positively impact communities.

Our strategic plan is the roadmap for our growth. It establishes our priorities and our path to deepen our impact across California and the nation. Our Policy Framework guides local, state, and federal policy and advocacy activities as well as our partnerships, research efforts, and collaboration with the media and the public.

The needs of families remain the center of our work. We will continue to expand learning and professional development opportunities to our families, with the ultimate goal of expanding family involvement in educational and community settings, empowering families to engage in the education system and foster interest and skills in advocacy.
