Are you prepared for the next power outage? If you are not a technical person, this might sound more complicated than it really is. The first thing you can do, if your power goes out, is turn your cell phone into a Wi-Fi hotspot. You will find it under your cell phone settings–personal hotspot. You might also consider going online using your cellphone data.
