Stephen Ajani

Stephen Ajani is the Vice President of External Relations. He holds a B.S. from Morehouse College in Marketing and an M.Ed. in Education Administration and Leadership from Howard University. Since discovering his passion for serving kids and communities while working as a second-grade teacher, he has dedicated his career to achieving strong results for students and families in traditionally underserved communities.

In his 20+ years in education, Stephen has served as a teacher, principal, district-level administrator, and advocate. He is most passionate about building partnerships across stakeholder groups. These partnerships create and foster environments in which all community members are ensured opportunities to achieve the life outcomes they desire.
